Sometimes it is necessary to hear a third impartial person’s viewpoint. This insight works wonders.

We can conduct sessions online, through platforms such as Zoom or Meet, or off-line, in person. A one-time meeting lasts 2 hours*. During this time, I will ask you questions and try to guide you towards a better path of thinking. Working with the psyche is, of course, a long-distance run. Longer-term cooperation brings better results. At times you will need to take some “homework” with you for your development. The session is held weekly for the first month, in the following months sessions will take place every 2 weeks and last 1.5 hours.

Are you still hesitant? Arrange a short test session with me. We will briefly talk about one topic that interests you. Write me.

Strategic Intervention Coaching

The direction from which I draw the most is called Strategic Intervention Coaching. This field is one of the best in the field of coaching and has great references all over the world. It is a selection of the best in coaching and strategic therapy.

It is based largely on the work of Milton Erickson. Milton Erickson was a psychologist who founded Foundations of Coaching, Hypnosis, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and other therapies. His intention was to change the psychological attitude of the time – to find the patient’s problem and then solve it. Instead, he looked for the client’s strengths and developed them. Doing this will completely improve all areas of your life.

  • Strategic Intervention Coaching is based on three main therapeutic schools:
  • Strategic Brief Therapy
  • Strategic Family Therapy
  • NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)

SIC was created at the beginning of the 21st century by American coach Tony Robbins and family therapist Cloé Madanes. Here, Tony Robbins builds on the fundamentals of NLP and Cloé Madanes on strategic therapy. It both draws on the Erickson tradition associated with the Harvard School of Mediation and Negotiation.

The main philosophy of SIC is that we never focus only on the individual himself, but we always try to see him in a broader social structure: in relation to the environment and other people, in the interaction between people.

One of the domains of Strategic Intervention Coaching is that we allow people to expand into more options. We lead them to realize that there are always more paths to the same goal.
